Soft wash vs. pressure wash
Not everything should be blasted with a pressure washer. Painted weatherboard, cedar cladding, delicate surfaces — these need a soft wash with the right cleaning solution to lift grime without damaging the surface. Luke knows the difference and uses the right approach for each job. Concrete paths and driveways can handle full pressure; your freshly painted house can't. He treats them differently.
